Q: How do I clean my wetsuit?
A: No matter what you use your wetsuit for, it is likely to start
stinking at some point. Our sweat and natural body oils can get
trapped on the wetsuit, causing it to smell. Oh, and peeing in your
wetsuit most certainly does not help? After every time you use your
wetsuit, you should wash it out with fresh water. After every few
weeks (if you use your wetsuit a lot), dunk it into fresh warm water
mixed with dishwashing detergent and swirl it around. Hose it down
(get all of the soap off), and then let it air dry.
